Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, learn about different marketing tools and strategies, and contribute to real-world marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Content Creation

    • Assist in creating, curating, and managing content (social media posts, blogs, graphics, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the company website

    • Help design and develop visual assets for digital campaigns using basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)

    • Research trending topics and keywords to optimize content for SEO

  • Social Media Management

    • Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across various channels

    • Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to grow brand awareness

    • Analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements

  • Email Marketing

    • Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns

    • Help segment audiences and personalize email content for higher engagement

    • Track and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Ads

    • Perform keyword research and assist in optimizing website content for search engines

    • Monitor and report on website traffic and ranking metrics using tools like Google Analytics

    • Assist in the execution and tracking of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media

  • Market Research

    • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies

    • Help analyze data from marketing campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with the marketing team on day-to-day projects and long-term strategies

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas and strategies for growth
       

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to learn about new tools and trends

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of how they can be used for marketing

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is a plus

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and work collaboratively

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
     

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, industry, tools or technologies

  • Knowledge of SEO and Keyword Research

  • Professional working proficiency in Korean, Spanish or Japanese
